Return of Goods
Returns Policy:
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns in cases where goods are:
- Damaged on arrival
- Incorrectly delivered
- Faulty or compromised (e.g., corked wine)
Reporting Issues:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues. Include photos where possible to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Return Conditions:
Returned items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. We do not accept returns for unwanted items once opened, unless faulty.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund or arrange a replacement. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
